Our creative chefs are renowned for their a la carte and buffet creations using Alberta's finest beef, game and fowl. During the winter months, Walters offers an extraordinary Saturday night skier's themed buffet, at an unbeatable price. Our signature dishes include grilled Atlantic salmon, braised lamb shanks, and bison sirloin.
Walters also boasts an extensive wine cellar with samplings ranging from South Africa to local Okanagan valley wines. Try them by the glass or by the bottle while you take in the natural lush atrium surroundings and three storey fireplace.
